As a technical desktop support representative, you are responsible for diagnosing the problem by asking the question from the customer and assisting them in troubleshooting in a user-friendly and professional manners. If some clients are not good in the operating system and unable to understand by guiding step by step, then remote their computer by remote desktop software, identify and resolve the problem to end users. So many problems can be related to end users, which you have to resolve in the time period. For instance, network, software, application problem, email issues, uninstalling and reinstalling basic software applications, account login issue, resolve username and password incorrectly attempt problem etc. Once you done, you need to call back and help them to build their vision.
